Another year done and dusted, 2018 is a new year full of promises, hopes and dreams, right?
Well this is how many people see a start of a new year and Scott and I are so one of those people.
Did you know that; 37% of people’s new year resolution is to get Fit & Healthy, 32% is to lose weight, 28% is enjoy life to the fullest and so on and so forth however only 8% of people actually stick to their resolution and 80% fail by February! There are some cool stats for you.
So, knowing all that what is your resolution? Have you stuck to it or failed already?
Did you want to know what ours are? To get Fit & Healthy! Yup that’s right we fall in that 37% of people who want to get Fit and Healthy this year and do you know what, we also fall into the 80% of people who failed by February!
Sad, I know, however have we really failed? The year isn’t over, yet right? We still have 11 months of hard work to get off our butt’s and do something about it? No one said your resolution had to start on the 1st of January! I mean who really wants to not eat all the left-over holiday food from the silly season?
Scott and I need to start looking at this positively rather than negatively. No one likes a negative Nancy, right?
Over the next few months Scott and I are going to blog our progress of getting Fit and Healthy and see how we go. We are both extremely determined to find the will to beat this resolution and show those 80% of people out there that we CAN achieve our goals just by being positive.
