Challenge to 10% Body Fat – Week 7
At some point, we have all gone to the cupboard for out protein hit and while filling our shaker with a scoop of our favourite protein thought to ourselves ‘another bland drink I don’t even feel like’.
Well fret no more… I’ve found this little gem that will your breakfast shake much more enjoyable! Its called the ‘Snickers Protein Shake’
½ cup Plain greek yoghurt
½ cup Almond milk
1/3 cup Chocolate protein powder
¼ cup Peanut butter
1 Tblsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tsp Sugar free caramel syrup
1 ½ cup Ice (more if you want a thicker consistency)
In a blender…
Add all ingredients and blend to a puree.
Continue to add ice for more consistency if desired
