Challenge to 10% Body Fat – Week 5
This week has been a good week…
Got myself into a routine that seems to be working and starting to work out my diet (my Joe Blogs diet, not an elite athlete diet)
Training this week has been a bit of a strength/rest week. I’ve been to the gym 3 days this week and done only 3 exercises per day.
Every day has consisted of squats, deadlifts and one exercise for another main muscle group. All compound movements.
Every exercise consisted of 4 warm up sets gradually building from 50% of my max weight to 90% of my max weight to prepare my body for my max lift and hopefully more without overloading straight up. Then 3 working sets of 4-6 reps as heavy as I can go. If I manage 6 reps I whack on another 2.5kg for the next set.
All were weights have increased between 2.5kg and 7.5kg so stoked with the results which all adds up to another successful week ????
